नाट्यकिरन मंच, मुंबई का एक प्रमुख रंगमंच संस्थान है, जिसकी स्थापना देव फौजदार और बेला बारोट द्वारा 2010 में की गई। मंच का उद्देश्य भारतीय रंगमंच को एक नई दिशा देना और अभिनय प्रशिक्षण में सुदृढ़ता लाना है। मंच ने शुरुआती दिनों में दिल्ली के मंडी हाउस से नुक्कड़ नाटक प्रस्तुतियों के जरिए सामाजिक मुद्दों पर जागरूकता फैलाने का कार्य शुरू किया। 2012 में मुंबई में आकर नाट्यकिरन मंच ने माँ स्टूडियो, अंधेरी के आराम नगर में मुंबई रंगमंच का एक नया दौर शुरू किया।
नाट्यकिरन मंच तीन मुख्य कार्यशालाएँ आयोजित करता है: मुंबई में तीन माह की गहन कार्यशाला, देशभर में घुमंतू रंगमंच कार्यशालाएँ, और ऋषिकेश में "अनादि ऊर्जा" आवासीय कार्यशाला। साथ ही, मंच ने “मुंबई रंग महोत्सव” का भी आयोजन किया है, जिसमें प्रमुख रंगगुरुओं की कार्यशालाओं और नाट्य प्रदर्शन का समावेश रहता है। मंच ने अब तक 25 से अधिक नाटकों का सफलतापूर्वक मंचन किया है, जिसमें "अंदाज़-ए-आज़ाद" का प्रदर्शन दुबई और जल्द ही ऑस्ट्रेलिया में भी होगा। मंच से प्रशिक्षित 14,000 कलाकार आज देश-विदेश में रंगमंच और फिल्मों में सक्रिय हैं। नाट्यकिरन मंच, भारतीय कला और रंगमंच को समर्पित एक सशक्त संस्था के रूप में उभरकर देश-विदेश में अपनी पहचान बना चुका है।
नाट्यकिरन मंच ने भारतीय रंगमंच के क्षेत्र में अभिनव योगदान दिया है। देव फौजदार द्वारा लिखित और निर्देशित नाटकों में "अंदाज़-ए-आज़ाद," "गगन दमामा बाज्यो," "स्वप्नवासवदत्ता," और "टोबा टेकसिंह" जैसे नाटक शामिल हैं, जिन्हें देशभर के प्रमुख रंगमंच समारोहों और दुबई में सराहना मिली है। मंच मुंबई के अंधेरी क्षेत्र के आराम नगर में पहला नॉन-कमर्शियल थिएटर स्टूडियो स्थापित करने वाली संस्था है, जिससे क्षेत्र में लगभग 30 अन्य थिएटर समूहों को प्रेरणा मिली।
संगीत नाटक अकादमी और नाट्यकुल्लम से एक वर्षीय डिप्लोमा प्राप्त देव फौजदार के नेतृत्व में संस्था ने थिएटर में प्रशिक्षण की एक नई परिभाषा स्थापित की है। नाट्यकिरन मंच के अनुभवी प्रशिक्षक, जैसे पद्मश्री निरंजन गोस्वामी, आलोक चटर्जी और प्रसन्ना हेगोडू, कलाकारों को नियमित प्रशिक्षण देते हैं। मंच का लक्ष्य भारतीय थिएटर को गुरुकुल परंपरा में निःशुल्क अभिनय विद्यालय के रूप में आगे बढ़ाना है, और ऋषिकेश की "अनादि ऊर्जा" कार्यशाला इसके तहत एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल है।
